  • LUNAFORM™ is an advanced nanocellulose biomaterial crafted in collaboration with nature. LUNAFORM is 100% bio-based in its wet state (as certified by USDA). The material’s cascading drape, tensile strength and unmatched versatility position it as the natural successor to traditional materials - one source offering infinite possibilities. 

    With its fibrous cellulosic structure, LUNAFORM possesses a fabric-like quality uncommon in nonwoven textiles. Unlike today’s materials and alternatives that seek to mimic them, it enables designers to bring new forms to life that are both natural and futuristic.

  • Grown at pace and at scale through our proprietary BioCraft technology, LUNAFORM is created at our dedicated facility in Istanbul. Here, through a process comparable to controlled fermentation, microorganisms create fibrous connections in water to form a biological lattice. Taking shape as a large, jelly-like sheet with superlunary qualities, LUNAFORM is then dried and finished by skilled human hands. This is not an alternative material, it is an artisanal material in its own right.
